News for Holman deathrow prisoners

Telephone calls are only collect and one must be on the calling list of the prisoner.

Letters both ways. Incoming letters are read.

Here you can post a short greeting to the members of Project Hope to Abolish the Death Penalty.

Once a week this will be printed out and sent by mail.

Any friendly words will help to make the prisoners feel, that they are not forgotten by the world outside and will be apreciated. It is all about Togetherness.

This is a good way for a contact, if you cannot write regularely.

Rules:

No comments about state, officials, judges, senators, prison officials etc.

No negative coments.

Be positive and cheerful. Alabama death row prisoners founded "Project Hope to Abolish the Death Penalty" to educate the public about the death penalty, help each other, teach each other e.g. writing, law, general education.

Read the quartely "On wings of Hope" all written by the members - it will give you some ideas for posts.

As is quite understandable, we have to be very careful not to anger the prison officials who read all mail and so we may have to eliminate some posts. Admins are Esther Brown, Christoph Silex, Julia Schwalm.

Hello Guy's, You all are in my prayer's. I had a uncle that was execuyed 1999, and his friend was too. I miss him dearly. I still wear his Purple Project Hope Bracelet today. May god bless you all an your familys. :)

Even though I no longer write to Thomas, (who was my penfriend for 22 years),because he was executed on 27 May last year,my thoughts are still very much with all the people I do not know.
